Many years ago, we developed a one-piece snap-in gasket to replace the old glue-on type. This allows your technician to simply pull off the old damaged or worn-out gasket and snap-in a new one, in just minutes. This means your production down-time is shortened to a minimum and your packaging machine is up and running in minutes instead of hours.

-We use FDA certified silicone rubber in various colors and durometers (40, 50, 60, 70 and 80 durometer).
-Surface designs or grid patterns of different designs are created by steel/aluminum plates with the grid patterns machined onto them. Many customers prefer flat surfaces on their packages, but some, particularly in the medical field need the grid pattern surface in order to detect if the package is sealing properly.
